Vad heter du?

That's "what is your name" in Swedish! Had our first lesson of the Swedish orientation language programme for exchange students this morning at 11, after walking down the very cold path from the General Meeting previously an hour ago. We had to leave 45 mins earlier before the meeting ended at 1130 so as to be able to get down to our lesson on time! Yea it's not like in NUS where the 15 mins they give is sufficient for us to get to our next lecture/tutorial! Also we felt the coldest ever since we've arrived here; even with my gloves on, my fingers felt as though they've been soaked in the freezers for a while! Think of the times when you stick in your hand to fish out that ice-cream box from the Cold Storage freezer!

More mandarin and some hokkien today.
And definitely many more chiobus over here omgg.

Meals-wise, we didn't and don't quite feel the pangs of hunger, and so conveniently (amongst the to-do's that we went about with today) did away with breakfast, and the other meal which you could classify as under lunch or dinner, cause we only ate at around 4pm.

Bought some apelsinjuice (orange juice!) and cherry tomatoes at the nearby supermart after alighting and before walking back to my room. As I was telling the other two girls, it almost seems like we're, somehow, deceiving ourselves by drinking all the healthy stuff cause we just did away with our customary two other meals today. But I guess, yea, two meals over here is, apparently, enough.

Photos for this entry and the previous one will be up soon! Off to sleep now night!
